Course Description:This transformative course provided the foundational knowledge and practical skill set necessary to lead complex educational and training projects from inception to completion. Moving beyond theory, the curriculum encompassed every phase of the project management lifecycle—define, plan, organize, control, and close. Through case studies and team-based assignments, I developed hands-on expertise in setting clear objectives, building realistic schedules, scoping, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Furthermore, the course emphasized the critical leadership capabilities required to navigate dynamic environments, including change management, strategic communication, and conflict resolution. Ultimately, this experience solidified a highly strategic framework for successfully guiding instructional design initiatives to their intended outcomes.
