Course Description: This course provided a rigorous, hands-on exploration of how to evaluate instructional and organizational programs to drive both accountability and continuous improvement. The curriculum covered the complete evaluation lifecycle, from initial planning and stakeholder alignment to data collection, analysis, and the delivery of actionable recommendations. A major focus was placed on designing both formative strategies to guide real-time instructional development and summative approaches to assess overall program impact. By applying ethical, culturally responsive evaluation methods, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data sets—I developed the expertise to manage comprehensive evaluation plans tailored to diverse environments, including military, corporate, and academic settings.
