Course Description:This course explored the strategic frameworks required to diagnose and elevate human performance across complex organizational structures, including military, corporate, and academic environments. Moving beyond standard instructional responses, the curriculum emphasized a rigorous front-end analysis process to accurately identify performance gaps and determine whether a challenge requires training, process optimization, or new tools. By integrating stakeholder engagement and cost-benefit analysis, I developed a strong systems-thinking approach. This analytical foundation ensures that any proposed intervention is driven by concrete data, aligned with broader strategic goals, and designed to deliver measurable value rather than surface-level fixes.
