Course Description: Building upon foundational principles, this advanced graduate course focused on the critical evaluation and real-world application of established Instructional Systems Design (ISD) frameworks. Moving beyond standard models like ADDIE, Dick and Carey, and Kemp, the curriculum challenged me to synthesize theory, design principles, and practical constraints to engineer a custom, forward-thinking ISD framework. Coursework emphasized rigorous instructional sequencing, strategic media selection, assessment design, and the integration of learning analytics to drive design choices. Ultimately, this course provided the high-level expertise required to confidently adapt and implement evidence-based instructional models to lead curriculum innovation across diverse educational, corporate, and military environments.
