social learning theory

Social Learning Theory emphasizes the significance of acquiring knowledge and behaviors through observing, imitating, and modeling others. It posits that individuals learn not solely through personal experience, but also by watching the actions of others.  Central to this theory are the processes of attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation, which collectively shape how individuals internalize and enact observed behaviors.
